Refund & Returns Policy

Please read this page fully before initiating a return.


🗓️ Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send returns other than to the manufacturer.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Heavily used products

  • Improperly used or handled items

  • Intentionally damaged products

  • Fulfilled consultations or services

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Personal-use products

  • Intimate or sanitary items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines)


⚠️ Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases, with company pre-approval:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Any product that has been opened, damaged, or misused

  • Items returned without original packaging or with missing components

  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery


💳 Refund Process

  1. Gather Order Information
    Collect your original order date, order number or invoice number, and payment method.
  2. Request an RMA
    Contact us at customerservice@driflower.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include a detailed explanation of your return request.
  3. Prepare and Ship Your Return
    Package the items securely and ship them to our return address. Be sure to include the RMA number.
  4. Inspection and Notification
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding approval status.
  5. Refund Issued
    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Please note: All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card provider
  • Reach out to your bank—some delays are normal
  • Still no refund? Email us at customerservice@driflower.com

🔖 Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items or custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.


♻️ Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate.

  • If the gift was sent to the giver and later given to you, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.


📦 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from the total

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned products.
