Who we are
Our website address is: https://driflower.com.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
We do not track visitors for the purpose of providing targeted advertising, therefore our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.
When you send an email to DriFlower via our contact form, we collect the information you enter into the form for the purpose of sending your email. We keep this information in the website’s database for the purpose of recovering emails in the event they are not properly delivered.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Like most websites, we have Google Analytics connected for the purpose of analyzing website traffic. The information transmitted to Google does not contain any personal information about you.
Google Analytics for WooCommerce: This feature simultaneously and having all purchase tracking explicitly enabled, purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased. Google Analytics does offer IP anonymization, which can be enabled by the site owner.
Data Used: For payments with PayPal or Stripe: purchase total, currency, billing information. For taxes: the value of goods in the cart, value of shipping, destination address. For checkout rates: destination address, purchased product IDs, dimensions, weight, and quantities. For shipping labels: customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products.
Who we share your data with
We will not share your personal information with anyone without your prior consent, except as described in this policy statement.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. If you would like us to remove your personal information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make your request.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. MINORS: The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21.
How We Protect Your Information
All information transmitted to and from our website by an SSL certificate. An SSL certificate is a file installed on a web server that ensures that the domain name in the certificate matches the domain name of the site being visited. It enables a visitor’s browser to make a secure connection to the site and allows the traffic back and forth to be encrypted so third-parties cannot eavesdrop on the conversation. Encryption is critical whenever financial transactions are being made on a site, or any other sensitive information is being passed back and forth.
The SSL certificate that protects our website is a Premium AlphaSSL Wildcard Certificate with 256 bit encryption – the strongest in use today. AlphaSSL Wildcard Certificates are recognized by all popular browsers and mobile devices where wildcard technology is supported. Our Certificate is issued from the 2048 bit GlobalSign Root Certificate – one of the longest operating and most trusted Authorities in the world.
Technical note: modern web servers don’t really use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol anymore, but the name has stuck to security certificates as kind of a generic identifier, so we use “SSL” in this statement. The TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol has replaced SSL for most uses.
